Do You Know How Much Is Dollar to Naira As At 1983?

i was just checking at the internet when i saw that the dollar exchange rate was 315.25 Naira par 1 Dollah  as a 29-09-2016 i wonderd how much will the black marketers be selling 1USD to Naira so i said to my self let me see how it was at back then in the nineties to see how the Naira was, to my greatest surprise this was what i saw so I had no choice but to relate this picture to current exchange rate as at today 27^th September 2016,

USD => 438 / 445*

GBP => 553 / 565*

EUR => 470 / 488*

33years ago 26^th September 1983, as seen in the picture , 1 dollar was N1.5. The naira is not only limping to survive, but already on a life support waiting for divine intervention.
